A

Research and Development (R&D) Trainee

is responsible for overseeing

the entire process of bringing a new product to market. This includes researching

market trends, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring the successful

design, development, and launch of innovative products that meet consumer

needs and business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor

products.

? Identify gaps and opportunities for new product development.

? Work with stakeholders to refine product concepts and feasibility.

? Coordinate with R&D, design, and engineering teams to develop

prototypes.

? Ensure the product aligns with quality standards and company objectives.

? Oversee product testing, including customer trials and feedback collection.

? Work with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry

standards.

? Liaise with marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless

product launch.

? Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for development projects.

? Assist in developing launch strategies, branding, and promotional

activities.

? Provide product knowledge and training to sales and customer service

teams.

? Analyze post-launch product performance and customer feedback.

? Recommend improvements and modifications to enhance product success.

Qualification:

? Bachelor's degree in Bio-Tech, or a related field.

? Freshers in product development or marketing.

? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

? Creativity and ability to identify market opportunities.

? Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
