Design and development of new and existing engine platforms Use specialized knowledge in Design, Thermal and Fluid sciences to ensure Engine designs are state of art and meet legislation and customer requirements Focus on quality, cost and delivery for the engine development programs Focus on Six sigma/new product development methodology Demonstrated history of coaching and developing technical teams Demonstrated history of PDCA or similar methodologies and program/project management skillset Specialized knowledge in the field of Engine design/Simulation/Combustion performance is desired Must be a team player and be able to find a win-win situation * Must be able to resolve conflicts at program architecture level, cost conscious, proactively respond to business needs
