POST: Research Coordinator

About the Organisation:

It is a trade union of self-employed women in India. RUDI is an agricultural cooperative within the client is owned and operated collectively by groups of client's women members that procure produce from smallholder farmers, adding value to that stock and selling then in the community through a network of "Rudibens" female sales agents.

Client seeks a dynamic, qualified, and highly motivated female individual for the position of research coordinator. Strong applicants will demonstrate a proven ability in designing & conducting research.

This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Gujarati, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities


Identification of research topics


Design research methodology


Prepare research questionnaires


Engaging with other research organizations for research outreach


Ensure timely and accurate reporting on research projects

Key Skills/Abilities


Strong (qualitative and quantitative) data-gathering and analysis skills


Sharp attention to detail and fact-checking abilities


Strong articulation with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English


Collaborative attitude and effective teamwork abilities

Qualification/Experience Required


Graduates/Postgraduates in rural management, agriculture, or public policy will be preferred


Work experience in research roles of at least 3 years


Extensive Research experience in the development sector (Agri, energy, food, sanitation, etc) will

be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
