Research Associate Trainee
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, conduct detailed research, and support various business and operational functions. You will receive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience while working closely with senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research as per project requirements.
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various online and offline sources.
Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations.
Assist in developing insights to support strategy, business development, and marketing teams.
Maintain accurate documentation of research findings.
Perform data entry, verification, and validation tasks.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and project goals.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Management, Commerce, Science, or related fields preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Basic understanding of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
Ability to work with large amounts of data with accuracy.
Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
