Role Overview

The Strategy & Research Associate plays a central role in strengthening the analytical and strategic backbone of our operations. This position involves conducting rigorous research, developing structured strategic frameworks, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Working closely with senior leadership, strategy teams, and execution units, the role requires strong analytical thinking, clarity of communication, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Research

Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research across public policy, political campaigns, grassroots movements, and strategy domains. Analyze political, social, and economic trends to support strategic decision-making.
Framework Development

Design structured frameworks and methodologies for strategy formulation and execution. Support leadership in converting insights into implementable action plans.
Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with content, digital, field, and leadership teams to align research outputs with campaign objectives. Assist in synthesizing cross-functional inputs into coherent strategic narratives.
Reporting & Insights

Prepare clear, concise, and data-backed reports with key findings, insights, and recommendations. Develop presentations, dashboards, and visual summaries to support leadership reviews.
Performance Monitoring

Track project progress, campaign performance, and strategic outcomes. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and recommend course corrections where required.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Management, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, or related disciplines from a premier institution. 1-3 years of experience in consulting, market research, policy analysis, project management, or strategy roles. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 / premier institute. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. High proficiency in MS 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint).
