• Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast pace agency environment

• Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies

• Able to give new project ideas and can assist other members.

• Able to creatively and convincingly run codes.

• Coding skills in some programming language.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *

• Giving new project ideas.

• Work with codes to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment plan in line with project needs to enhance predictability.

• Timely submission of projects without any error.

• Collaborate and liaise with team members for project execution support as appropriate.

• Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability to effectively work.

• Tracks and document daily work tasks.
