We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Educational Background: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.

Language Proficiency: Strong command of English--both written and verbal--is essential.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT tools including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.

Knowledge of the Education Sector: Understanding of the Indian school education system and current educational challenges.

Familiarity with NEP 2020: Awareness of the National Education Policy and its implications in the education space.

Creative Writing Skills: Ability to draft research reports, concept notes, proposals, and engaging content with clarity and creativity.

Preferred Experience: Prior work experience in an education organization, research institute, or ed-tech company will be an added advantage.

In this role, you will:

Conduct research on education-related themes, policies, innovations, and global trends.

Support the development of proposals, reports, policy briefs, and knowledge products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research initiatives.

Assist in data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings in clear and accessible formats.

Contribute to content creation for publications, presentations, and digital platforms.
