We are urgently hiring for the "Research Associate - ICP MS/OES" role.

Position:

ICP-MS/OES (Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate)

Location:

Matoda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Qualification:

M.Sc. / M. Pharm or equivalent

Experience Required:

2 - 6 years

Industry Preference:

Pharmaceutical & CRO (Contract Research Organization)

Salary:

No bar for the right candidate

Job Timings:

8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Working Days: 5.5 Days

(Every Sunday and Alternative Saturday off)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct

analytical method development, validation, and batch analysis

using ICP-MS/OES instrumentation.

2. Operate, calibrate, and maintain ICP-MS/OES equipment as per SOPs and regulatory standards.

3. Perform

routine analysis

with high accuracy and efficiency.

4. Troubleshoot technical issues during analytical operations.

5. Ensure compliance with

GLP, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality systems

.

6. Prepare and maintain analytical documentation, records, and reports.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects.

Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge in ICP-MS/OES operations.

Hands-on experience in analytical method development and validation.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work under regulated environments (Pharma / CRO).

Team player with attention to detail and documentation skills.
