Write research projects in the emerging area of Microbial and Environmental biotechnology Guide the team for the advanced analytical instruments like GC, HPLC, GC-MS and microbiology analysis Lead and manage research projects with delivery of milestone Execute the consultancy projects from industries Able to bring new research projects from funding agencies through national and international collaboration Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and patents

Experience


3 - 5 Years


Qualification


Ph.D. in Microbiology- Environmental Science- Environmental Biotechnology- or a related field from a recognized Institution.


Skills


-Strong expertise in microbial bioprocesses- bioformulation and bioremediation



-Develop stable and high-performance microbial formulations (liquid- powder- encapsulated- nano-formulations).



-Optimize shelf life- viability- and field performance of microbial products



- Experience in leading lab- pilot scale- large-scale projects and multidisciplinary research teams.



- Excellent communication- writing and stakeholder engagement skills.



Research publications in peer-reviewed impact journals and patent
