Job Profile


TERI is seeking a motivated and dynamic Research Associate with passion for policy research and stakeholder engagement. The role involves contributing to research and advocacy on green budgeting, green public procurement and developing projects through proposal writing, and engaging with policymakers and stakeholders. The position is best suited for someone eager to drive policy change at speed and at scale.

Qualification


Minimum 1 year of professional experience (excluding internships).
- Master-s degree in environmental studies- economics- public finance- public policy- or related field.
Skills


Essential


Minimum 1 year of professional experience (excluding internships).
- Master-s degree in environmental studies- economics- public finance- public policy- or related field.


- Strong academic record with proven research skills (quantitative- qualitative- literature review).


Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Commitment to sustainability- green growth- and policy change.


- Collaborative team player- able to work independently when required.


- Creative- proactive- reliable- and able to multi-task under pressure.




Desirable


- Knowledge of international cooperation- multilateralism- global governance- and SDGs.


Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder events and dialogues. Ability to present research findings clearly for diverse audiences.
