Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our team in conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on assigned topics.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.

Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and data collection tools.

Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries based on research findings.

Maintain accurate records and organize research materials.

Support senior researchers or project leads in day-to-day research activities.

Perform literature reviews and secondary data analysis.

Use research software/tools (SPSS, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) for data management.

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of data visualization tools (preferred).

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in [Statistics / Economics / Psychology / Marketing / Public Health / Computer Science / Social Sciences / or relevant field].

Additional certifications in research methods, analytics, or data science are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in data collection, market research, or academic research.

Familiarity with online research platforms and data analytics tools.

Experience with report writing and documentation.
