Postgraduate in Social Sciences with at least 55% marks.



UGC-NET/Ph.D. qualification is mandatory.



Candidates with Ph.D. in Social Sciences/Gender Studies/Women's Studies will be given preference.



Proficiency in Marathi language is essential.

Project:

ICSSR Project under Punyashloka Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Special Call for Women-Led Research on Women-Led Development

Project Title:

Spread and Influence of Hirkani's Legend on Breastfeeding Working Mothers in Maharashtra Employment

Tenure:

6 months (Temporary; extendable by 2 months based on performance and project requirements)

Eligibility Criteria:

Postgraduate in Social Sciences with at least 55% marks.



UGC-NET/Ph.D. qualification is mandatory.



Candidates with Ph.D. in Social Sciences/Gender Studies/Women's Studies will be given preference.



Proficiency in Marathi language is essential.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong background in statistical studies and data analysis.



Experience in field-oriented studies with sound knowledge of social science research methodology.



Competence in designing and drafting interview questions and questionnaires. Ability and willingness to travel for fieldwork related to the project.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal Investigator in fieldwork, data collection, and analysis.



Draft, refine, and administer research tools such as questionnaires and interview schedules.



Conduct literature review and support preparation of research reports.



Coordinate with participants, stakeholders, and institutions relevant to the project.



Assist in documentation, progress reports, and dissemination of project findings.
