Broad Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Coordinate between clients and on-ground project coordinators. Contribute to

project ideation and proposal writing

. Conduct on-ground training of Kathakars and local coordinators. Plan weekly content and provide creative guidance to Kathakars. Provide regular feedback to Kathakars on their work. Curate raw footage and supervise the post-production process. Plan and ideate for

social media content creation

. Explore and supervise execution of

new media initiatives

. Represent

Recanteur

in different events and forums. Edit

short-form content

for digital platforms.

What We're Looking For:

Up to

2 years of experience

in video editing. Strong sense of

creativity, cinematography, and visual storytelling

. Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Ability to think beyond editing and contribute to

content ideation and execution

. A team player with strong communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?114,508.51 - ?280,200.97 per year
