JOB Title: Research & Documentation Manager (R&DM) Delhi Job Code: SAATHII/Star HCV/R&DM/0723/449 Location: The Consultant will work from Delhi , with travel to UP and Mizoram as needed. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f To develop research tool for the focus group discussions ( FGD) and Key Informant interviews ( KII) for At-Risk General Population (GP), People Who Inject Drugs (PWID), Sexual and Injecting partners of PWID (ISP-PWID) and other stakeholders. \xe2\x97\x8f To develop the research tool for formative assessment and the intervention study in coordination with M&E and PATH team. \xe2\x97\x8f Collecting site- and district- reports from research assistants, data validation and cleaning, data triangulation and analysis for research analysis. \xe2\x97\x8f Travel to selected districts to support project teams for effective project implementation, by organizing training and on-site mentorship to Research coordinator, research assistant and other volunteers on data collection process. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordination with Government officials (NHM, DDHS, CMOH) and other stakeholders for smooth implementation and timely reporting off the data. \xe2\x97\x8f Prepare monthly and quarterly technical data reports and submit them to National Project Specialist and Project Director for review and finalization and ensure timely reporting to DDHS and PATH. Qualifications and Experience: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Social Science, Statistics or related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree and/or research experience would be preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of research. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven knowledge of data collection methods. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical applications. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven Knowledge of major quantitative & qualitative research methodologies. \xe2\x97\x8f High level of proficiency in MS Excel and/or Statistical Software (SPSS, STATA). \xe2\x97\x8f Advanced skills in data analysis presentation and report writing. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive, energetic approach to problem solving. \xe2\x97\x8f Willing to travel for 10-15 days in the operational districts.
