R&D manager (Electronics)An R&D manager oversees the electronics R&D team and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of research projects.

Responsibilities

:

Lead, manage, and mentor the R&D team to drive innovation. Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with business goals and market trends. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and manufacturing, to define product specifications and strategy. Monitor project timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively. Ensure all electronic developments adhere to regulatory requirements and quality standards. Review and approve technical documentation and project reports.

Qualifications and skills

:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; a Master's or Ph.D. is often preferred.

Experience:

Extensive experience in electronics development, with significant prior experience managing technical teams.

Leadership Skills:

Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

Business Acumen:

A deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory standards.

Interpersonal Skills:

Exceptional communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders and mentoring team members.
