Job Title: R&D Associate
Qualifications: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Food Technology,
Experience: 1 to 3 years (Fresher's can also apply)
Develop new noodle products based on market trends and customer requirements.
Formulate recipes for noodle dough, seasoning, and flavouring systems.
Conduct bench-scale and pilot-scale trials for new products and line extensions.
Improve taste, texture, shelf life, and nutritional profile of noodle products.
Support scale-up of lab formulations to full-scale manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, GMP).
Work closely with QA/QC to establish product specifications and quality parameters.
Conduct shelf-life studies and stability testing.
Ensure regulatory compliance with local and international food laws.
Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, formulations, SOPs, and trial reports.
Maintain product development records and technical data sheets.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
