Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic

Research and Content Executive

to join our digital marketing team. This role focuses heavily on

--developing compelling content ideas that drive engagement and support our clients' marketing goals. You will be responsible for generating content concepts based on industry research, digital trends, and audience insights, while also executing high-quality written content across various digital platforms. A strong sense of creativity, curiosity, and strategic thinking is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

ideation process

for content campaigns, including brainstorming topics, themes, and creative formats tailored to client objectives. Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify opportunities for content innovation and differentiation. Produce engaging, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, email marketing, social media, and more. Collaborate with designers, SEO experts, and account managers to align content with campaign goals and branding. Monitor content performance and contribute actionable insights for future campaigns. Stay updated on digital content trends, tools, and audience behavior.

Requirements:

Experience in content ideation, writing, or digital marketing within an agency or fast-paced environment. Strong creative thinking and the ability to transform ideas into impactful content. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and content performance analytics. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across teams.
