About the work from home job/internship

MittArv is a unique platform for individuals to build and manage legacies through products like Emotional Will and Asset Vault.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting Product, Content & Digital Marketing, Design teams to research on Web or other media (human interfaces as well) for specific topics/use cases
2. Understanding the Product, Product Strategy and creating a GTM strategy as well based on the research
3. Present the research in nice formats

Note:

1. Mandatory internship for non-Leadership positions before potential full-time employment
2. Mandatory to successfully complete internship for an internship certificate
3. Internship has two phases:
-Training & Onboarding
-Full Phase Internship
4. Two internship mode options:
-Hybrid (Minimum 6 months internship, Minimum 25% in Hyderabad office, rest remote, Training period 6-8 weeks)
-In-office (Minimum 3 months internship, Minimum 80% in Hyderabad office, rest WFH, Trianing period 3-4 weeks)
5. Stipend:
-Training period: Flat INR 5,000 per month prorated
-Full Phase: INR 7,500 to 12,000 per month based on team and individual performance during raining
5. Application deadline: 14th August
6. Assignment communication: 15th August
7. Assignment Submission deadline: 18th August
8. Shortlisting and Interview process from 18th to 25th August
9. Results announcement: 28th August
10. Cohort-based joining on 1st September (non-negotiable)
