Your Team's Impact
The Global Sales Operations provides back-end support services aimed at providing the most up-to-date and accurate client/prospect information for use by Sales, Marketing, and Consulting teams. The team leverages various databases to research and update Company and Individual information to ensure data in our CRM system is valuable to internal stakeholders. The Sales Operations team in India and the Sales Business Analysis team in the U.S. work hand in hand to plan and execute data maintenance efforts.
What You'll Do

• Provide accurate and reliable data in Salesforce and to the Sales, Marketing, and Consulting team
• Ability to complete daily tasks or projects in a timely and accurate manner
• Commit oneself to continuous learning of different tools, utilities, and processes used by the team to execute and manage quality assurance processes
• Performs responsibilities associated with daily assigned tasks and projects
• Effectively exchanges ideas, information, and project status with your Manager and peers
• Contributes to adding value to sales data quality, delivers quality efforts with appropriate oversight, and seeks out help when appropriate
• Responsible and accountable for Client data validation
• Actively involved in application UAT and workflow testing
• Provides timely and informative responses to client and/or internal questions and requests and assists the support effort to the best of one's abilities

What We're Looking For

• MBA Finance freshers or B.Com with some relevant experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Quick learner; ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Interest in learning new concepts and technologies
• Understanding of financial markets
• Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, logic/coding an advantage
• Good command of the English language - written and oral
• Job Location: Hyderabad
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
