FactSet participates in E-Verify PROCESS BRIEF The Operations Management department enables business functions at FactSet to establish, expand and operate teams in Hyderabad and Manila. It combines the best in People, Tools and Processes to deliver the greatest value to business. SUB-PROCESS BRIEF Sales Operations teams provides integrated set of back end support services that ensure most current and accurate information of prospects is available for our Sales and Marketing teams. The team works on various databases for researching, adding, parsing, storing and updating FactSet\'s prospective customer information thereby ensuring that the data is documented and managed well. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide accurate and reliable data to internal database and to internal/external clientele. Working on multiple projects- based on priority. Commit oneself to continuous learning of different tools, utilities and processes used by the team to execute and manage quality assurance processes. Share ideas towards process and output improvements. Accountable for work output produced. Responsible and accountable for workload management Report and consult team mentor/leader/manager for any and all work related questions and concerns JOB REQUIREMENTS University Degree holder - Business Management, Business Administration. Strong analytical, problem solving skills. Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Interest in learning new concepts and technologies. Strong Interpersonal Skills. Quick learner ability to apply skills and past experiences in new situations. Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, logic/coding an advantage. Flexible to work in shifts.
