Roles & Responsibilities

> Conduct in-depth research on trending topics in international relations, geopolitics, global policies, business, finance, and entrepreneurship.

> Curate and finalize content topics in alignment with brand strategy. Prepare detailed scripts for reels, shorts, and long-form videos.

> Coordinate with video editors for script-to-screen execution and review edits.

> Manage hashtags, captions, and keywords for effective posting and reach.

> Perform Quality Check (QC) of content before publishing.

> Stay updated with industry trends to recommend fresh content ideas.

> Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure content aligns with company objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies

> Strong research and analytical skills (business, finance, economy, entrepreneurship focus).

> Excellent written communication and script-writing ability.

> Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

> Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and keyword optimization.

> Ability to coordinate with editors and ensure content accuracy.

> Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

> Creativity with a knack for simplifying complex topics.

> Time management and accountability.

Education:

B.A in Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Journalism, IR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
