The ideal candidate will be responsible for market research, talent mapping, and maintaining accurate candidate data to enable successful hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth
candidate research and talent mapping
for non-IT roles
Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other research tools
Identify target companies, competitors, and talent pools based on client requirements
Build and maintain accurate
candidate pipelines
in ATS/CRM systems
Validate candidate information such as experience, skills, location, and availability
Support recruiters with
market insights
, salary trends, and hiring benchmarks
Perform data cleansing, resume formatting, and profile enrichment
Track hiring activity and prepare research reports and dashboards
Coordinate with recruiters to prioritize roles and meet turnaround timelines
