What you'll do
We're looking for a Research Analyst--someone who's curious, smart, and can turn complex insurance concepts into genuinely helpful content for our readers.
Research topics across health and term insurance--from IRDAI updates to everyday customer questions.
Identify what users actually want to know and create content that adds real value to them.
Combine product expertise with AI tools to draft and publish insightful articles for Ditto's blog.
Structure, draft, and refine articles to make them clear, accurate, and easy to understand.
Collaborate with the SEO, content, and product teams to create and optimize content that boosts organic visibility while staying true to Ditto's voice--clear, honest, and helpful.
You'll fit right in if you :
Minimum 3 years of experience in research or any other related field.
Are curious and perceptive -- you enjoy learning new things and explaining them simply.
Have strong written communication skills and a good grasp of English.
Can think from the user's perspective and create content that genuinely helps them.
Have great attention to detail and can follow structured processes without losing creativity.
Value clarity, consistency, and thoughtful research in your work.
Nice to have :
Prior exposure to content creation, financial research, or insurance.
Basic understanding of personal finance concepts.
Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance research, ideation, or content creation.

Our Interview Process :
We would like to help you minimize your time and effort. There are 4 rounds, & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 2 week's time.
