We are looking for energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented Telecallers who can interact with potential clients, explain our services, and convert leads into successful registrations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries from potential clients Clearly explain our services and benefits to customers Maintain and update client records in the CRM Follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve results

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style Good listening and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome Age: 18 to 35 years

Salary & Benefits
