3. Assistant/Associate Professor of Science (Physics & Chemistry)

NOTE - Must be good in English Communication.

Job Location:-

SIWAN (Bihar)

? Qualifications:-

(i) Postgraduate degree in the respective subjects with minimum 55% marks

(ii) M.Ed. degree from a recognised university with minimum 55 % marks.

(iii) NET or Ph. D.

? Desirable Qualifications:-

? Ph.D. degree in Education with subject specializations: While not mandatory, a doctoral degree in Education or a related field can be a significant advantage, demonstrating a commitment to research and advanced understanding of educational issues.

? Teaching Experience: Significant experience in teaching at the college or university level, preferably with a B.Ed. programs. A minimum of 6-7 years of teaching experience is often expected.

? Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse and interpret various data sets related to educational quality and accreditation standards.

? Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documentation, and interacting with stakeholders.

? Research Aptitude: An inclination towards educational research and publication in reputed journals.

? Professional Development: Continuous engagement in professional development activities, workshops, seminars, and conferences related to education and quality assurance
