Clients and Channel delivery cluster is one of the most important delivery areas in SUB IT. This cluster has the key focus area named CRM (customer relationship management) Solutions. This is an important area for the bank for revenue generation and client engagement. The applications are developed using the latest technologies e.g. Angular 7, Microservices in Agile and Devops methodologies. The teams are spread across Pune and Zurich. The constant focus on continuous learning and increasing the efficiency using the latest technology/tools are the key strengths of the delivery from Pune in this cluster. CSDA (Credit Suisse Direct Advisor) is the application for Relationship Managers with complete and timely client information to ensure they are in control of discussions, provide a common task management tool and support sales opportunities. Wealth Manager platform (WMP) is a CRM platform from Temenos. CSDA and WMP together provide the end to end solution for CRM journey. A requirements engineer is required to work with Product Owner and squad to deliver priority items. As a part of role, your responsibility includes: Requirements Engineer Gather requirements and drive the detailed business analysis Elaborate a clear picture about the as-is and target business processes and consults business regarding potential process changes Conduct requirements workshops with representatives from the business departments, compliance and IT architecture to align requirements and the application design across Identifies all the affected up and downstream applications, processes and interfaces and ensure proper stake-holder analysis and management Ensures that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear and detailed user-stories, functional and non-functional requirements specifications Provides subject matter expertise to assist the developers and testers during the technical design, implementation and testing phase Perform exploratory testing as required (i.e. act as quality gate for Scrum team) Scrum Master Keep the team organized, on track, and focused on the priorities Serve as a liaison between product management and development Clear obstacles and protect the team from distractions Lead through influence and credibility Manage Scrum ceremonies Your future colleagues A highly motivated, innovative and international team is looking forward to welcome you as a new team member.
