Roles and Responsibilities
Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for students in grades 6-10 in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. This includes teaching grammar, literature (prose, poetry, drama), composition, and reading comprehension.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment that encourages active student participation, critical thinking, and creativity.
Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through a variety of methods, including assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive and timely feedback to support their academic growth.
Extracurricular Activities: Organize and participate in school events and co-curricular activities such as debates, elocution, creative writing, and literary clubs to promote students' language and communication skills.
