About the Role

Cogniter Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Designer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs, and experience creating engaging visuals for digital and print media. You will work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to deliver impactful designs that align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conceptualize and create engaging designs for digital platforms (websites, social media, emailers, etc.) and print materials (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.).
+ Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.
+ Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
+ Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
+ Prepare final design files for production and web optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
+ Proven experience as a designer (portfolio required).
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, etc.).
+ Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
+ Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

+ Experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
+ Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
+ Familiarity with branding and visual identity development.
