Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

3. Carry out-bound calls to users

4. Update our internal databases with information about useful discussions with customers

5. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

6. Inform users about new features and functionalities

7. Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

8. Has a sales acumen-work on Retention and Referral programs and consistency in followups

9. Booking consultations of users with ADs, Dieticians etc.

10. Sending weekly reports

11. Female candidates are preferred
