JD for Accountant Role:

? Preparing or managing accounts and tax returns.

? Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.

? Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments.

? Play a hand in payroll administration and manage the expenditure of the organization.

? Gather and present the reports, budgets, financial statements.

? Examining expenses submitted by employees.

? Manage budgeting and forecasting.

? Drafting balance sheets, Profit & Loss statement, monthly excel report, audit financial

transactions and

? documents, TDS filing, professional tax returns, all tax related work.

? Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

? Comply with financial policies and regulations.

? Performing Ad-hoc tasks/reports for various business needs.

Candidate Requirement:

? A candidate applying for an accountant role should hold a relevant degree in the field. An

applicant holding a bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in accounting or finance

would be preferable for this role and Product company selling E-commerce experience is required.

? Candidates must have relevant accounting experience.

? Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements and periodicals.

? This position demands candidates who can self-motivate themselves and get it through to

implement with more efficiency.

? Should be well organized and should have the ability to work under pressure and

accomplish tasks within the deadlines.

? Should have good analytical skills.

? Should have good team-work skills and interpersonal skills.
