Summary The contract Requirements Management (RM) activity is an activity included in Configuration Management (CM). It is a process/methodology that allows a very structured analysis and traceability of contractual requirements over the life of the project. The RM activity is one of the most promising activities to reduce the costs associated with non-quality. Responsibilities: . Overall Coordination of Products RM Deployment at Project level, liaising with overall RM leader. . Hierarchically reporting to Global NNB RM (New Nuclear Business Requirement Manager) Lead and functionally reporting to Project CM Lead. . In addition to Requirement Management activities described here below: contributing to Configuration Management coordination (Change Management, Doc Management, Data Management) at Product level based on project\'s needs. . Quality and robustness of the information contained in internal software tools. . Tutoring and supporting Project stakeholders in the implementation of RM methodologies including Factories and Supply chain . Monitoring Overall RM progress at Project Level . Attending to design Reviews and to Engineering gated steps to ensure compliance to RM principles. . Contributing to the general Growth of RM/CM methods and tools Skills/Background : . Project Engineering Experience of EPC contracts like . Multidisciplinary technical background . Specific product knowledge (Steam turbine, Heat exchanger) . 5 years of working experience in Project Engineering / Project . Process oriented mindset . Tool Oriented Mindset Desirable: . Knowledge/Understanding of PLM Software . BS / University Degree in Engineering/Sciences (Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical) . Communicative . Innovative . Resilient .
