As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set up appointments for our sales team. This role is crucial for our growth and requires excellent communication skills and a persistent attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
outbound calls
to potential clients to introduce our services and products.
Clearly and persuasively explain company offerings and address initial queries.
Qualify leads
based on set criteria and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all telephonic interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on cold and warm leads to generate more sales opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Work Experience:
1 to 3 years
of experience in a Telecalling, Telesales, or Inside Sales role.
Industry Preference:
Previous experience working within the
solar energy industry
(solar panels, installation, services, etc.) is
highly preferred
and will be a significant advantage.
Skills:
Exceptional
verbal communication
and listening skills.
A persuasive and professional telephone demeanor.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
