The candidate should have excellent communication Candidates should be passionate about teaching and guiding students. The candidate should have a good research record Job 2. In the case of the post of Principal, the appointment is on a tenure basis for a period of five years or the date of superannuation, whichever may be earlier, and may be extended by one more year. 5.
