Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mother Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is vital in shaping the foundational learning experiences of young children, fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports holistic development. The Mother Teacher will play a central role in guiding children through their formative years, promoting emotional well-being, social skills, and early academic readiness. With a strong emphasis on empathy, creativity, and effective communication, this position ensures that every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for early education, a deep commitment to child development, and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with both children and parents.
Responsibilities:

• Design and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans that support cognitive, emotional, and physical development.

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and creativity.

• Monitor and support individual child development, documenting progress and communicating regularly with parents.

• Foster positive social interactions among children, promoting cooperation, empathy, and conflict resolution.

• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers through regular updates, parent-teacher meetings, and feedback sessions.

• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to maintain consistent routines and educational standards.

• Participate in professional development activities and school events to enhance teaching practices and community engagement.

• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organize learning materials, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).

• Strong command of English language and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of early childhood development.

• Ability to manage a classroom with patience, empathy, and consistency.

• Basic understanding of child safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a supportive educational environment.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school events, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a nursery, kindergarten, or pre-primary setting (internships or volunteer work considered).

• Familiarity with play-based learning and developmental milestones for children aged 2-6 years.
