• Urgent Opening for Relationship Executive - Field Sales
• We are actively seeking experienced candidates for the Relationship Executive role within our field sales process. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with expertise in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). Key Details:
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Day Shift Only
• Compensation: Fixed Salary + Unlimited Incentives
• Job Locations: Delhi, Noida Minimum Experience: 1 Year in Home Loans or LAP Candidate Profile:
• Willingness to work in a 6-day roster-off environment.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of home loan products and financial services
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales, particularly in Home Loans or LAP.
• Key Responsibilities
• Area/Geography Mapping
Conduct lane-to-lane/area mapping regularly
Work with supervisor for mapping execution
Identify new sources in allocated areas
Report progress during team huddles
• Source Relationship Management
Manage relationships with assigned and identified sources
Understand source potential
Monitor and maintain LSR, SLR, and MS ratios
Utilize relationship-building tools effectively
• Sales and Business Development
Develop client relationships for Home Loans and LAP
Plan market activities with Branch Manager
Maintain daily sales reports and lead updates
Achieve monthly productivity targets
Focus on customer satisfaction for retention and referrals
• Reports Management
Maintain accurate and timely reporting Required Knowledge & Skills
• Comprehensive geography knowledge
• Strategic planning abilities
• Proficiency in using business development tools
• Understanding of financial products
