The Position SUMMARY (required): As a Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer, he/she will be working in a team of self-motivated and self-organized developers and testers. Primary responsibility is to understand and analyze requirements, elicit and draft requirements. He/ She should be quick learner and team player. Acts as a liaison between Development, Testing and Product Management teams. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the product backlog and achieving quality objectives through daily actions. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (required): . Ability to write Requirements in the form of User Stories . Ability to elicit requirements and coordinate with Product owner to prioritized product backlog . Ability to present functional workflows and requirements in appropriate visual or graphic representation( i.e process flow diagram, data flowchart, wireframes, prototypes) . Understanding of User Personas and Client Business drivers . Strong healthcare market knowledge is plus . Work closely with application development, Architecture and Testing Team . Strong knowledge on Agile ways of working KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES (required): The minimum education, knowledge, experience, skills and attributes required to perform the essential functions of this job. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications . 5+ years of Requirement Engineering . Hands-on experience on Jira, HP ALM, MS Visio, MS Office. . Exposure to any of the cloud technologies is good to have. . Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills. . Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment . Ability to work with globally distributed and multi-cultural teams. . Proven track record of requirements management. . Strong comprehension, analytical, and problem solving skills . Good interpersonal and communication skills, quick learner . Strong understanding Agile/ SaFe model Education . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent. Master's degree desired but not mandatory. Indicate below any additional preferred requirements if applicable (optional): . Masters of Science (MS) degree in relevant area of study is preferred. . Experience working in a regulated environment of the healthcare, diagnostics, and/or pharmaceutical industry with Information Security and Computer System Validation (CSV). .
