Responsibilities
Teach Hindi language and literature to students from Grades VI to X in line with CBSE syllabus
Prepare and deliver lesson plans covering grammar, prose, poetry, composition, comprehension, etc.
Conduct regular assessments (tests, quizzes, assignments) and provide feedback to help students improve
Offer remedial support for students who need extra help with Hindi concepts
Maintain classroom discipline, foster a positive learning environment
Encourage students to participate in Hindi co?curricular activities (debates, recitations, creative writing etc.)
Maintain accurate records for attendance, grades, performance and coordinate with parents via meetings or reports
Use educational technology and modern teaching aids where appropriate
Keep updated with CBSE guidelines, teaching methodologies and continue professional growth
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate degree in Hindi (B.A / M.A) or equivalent
B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory
Preferably 2?3 years of experience teaching Hindi as TGT in CBSE school; freshers may be considered if very strong in subject knowledge
Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi; ability to simplify complex topics
Good classroom management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
