Required Technology and Process Design Specialist | Andheri MIDC

Designation: Technology and Process Design Specialist
Experience: Min 3 Years
Qualification: Min Bachelor degree in Engineer or Computer Science.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Gap Identification

o Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to understand current workflows and pain points.

o Analyze end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for automation or enhancement.

o Identify and define opportunities for process expansion, innovation, and strategic alignment.

Solution Design

o Develop high-level solution designs, frameworks, and roadmaps tailored to business needs.

o Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

o Determine feasibility, scope, and potential impact of proposed solutions.

Technology Assessment & Selection

o Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, applications, or platforms aligned with organizational capabilities and goals.

o Build a business case for technology adoption or enhancement.

o Ensure alignment with existing IT architecture and standards.

Vendor Evaluation & Coordination

o Identify and assess external vendors/partners capable of delivering the proposed solutions.

o Develop RFPs/RFIs, evaluate proposals, and participate in vendor selection.

o Communicate solution objectives, architecture, and requirements clearly to vendor partners.

Project Execution & Oversight

o Serve as a bridge between internal teams and external vendors throughout development and deployment phases.

o Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones.

o Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and coordination.

Transition to Operations

o Facilitate the handover of the developed solution to the appropriate business teams.

o Provide documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer support. .

o Ensure ongoing support mechanisms are in place

Qualifications

o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

o 3-5 years of experience in process design, business analysis, or technology consulting.

o Proven experience managing technology solution design and delivery lifecycle.

o Strong understanding of enterprise systems, automation tools, and digital transformation strategies.

o Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
