Job Profile : Supervisor/Service Advisor
Job Responsibilities :
Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor timely vehicle delivery.
Ensure quality repair, washing, and final inspection before delivery.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the workshop.
Coordinate with parts and service advisors for job completion.
Monitor technician productivity and training needs.
Ensure proper documentation, billing, and job card closure.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and reduce repeat complaints.
Report daily service performance to the Service Manager.
Salary: 15000-18000
