Conduct Market Research: They stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities. Manage Sales Pipeline: They track sales activities, update customer information in CRM systems, and generate reports on sales performance. Collaborate with Teams: They work closely with marketing and other departments to implement sales strategies and achieve company objectives. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients. Sales Acumen: A strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing deals is essential.
