Position: Sales Manager - Sales Team

Reporting To: Sales Coordinator
Role Objective
To lead sales initiatives for Arogyvym's product line by creating a strong franchisee network, building alliances with doctors, and driving sales through wellness camps (online & offline), ensuring growth in revenue, brand visibility, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development:
Identify and on board new franchise partners for Arogyvym products.?
Provide training and support to franchisees to ensure effective operations and sales.
Doctor Alliances & Institutional Sales:
Build relationships with doctors, wellness consultants, and healthcare professionals to promote Arogyvym products.
Develop strategic partnerships for regular prescription-based and recommendation-based sales.
Wellness Camps & Promotional Activities:
Plan, organize, and manage online/offline wellness camps, health awareness events, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with marketing team for branding, lead generation, and customer engagement activities.
Sales & Revenue Targets:
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop territory-wise sales strategies and monitor execution.
Team Management & Reporting:
Guide, motivate, and monitor sales executives for performance achievement.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, competitor analysis, and market insights.
Customer Focus:
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective after-sales support.
Collect feedback from customers and partners to enhance product/service experience.

Franchisee Network Expansion
Target number of new franchisees created per quarter.
Franchisee activation and sales contribution.
Doctor & Institutional Alliances
Number of active doctor alliances established.
Prescription/recommendation-driven sales volume.
Wellness Camp Execution
Number of wellness camps conducted (online/offline).
Leads and conversions generated through events.
Sales Achievement
Achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Growth in product-wise and territory-wise sales.
Brand Development Activities
Market visibility through promotions and wellness drives.
Customer awareness & engagement metrics.
Team & Reporting
Performance of sales executives under management.
Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
