Develop, formulate, and optimize cosmetic products (skincare, haircare, makeup, or personal care).
Conduct laboratory experiments, trials, and stability testing.
Research new raw materials, active ingredients, and emerging cosmetic technologies.
Ensure formulations comply with local and international cosmetic regulations (FDA, EU, ASEAN, ISO, etc.).
Perform product performance, safety, and compatibility testing.
Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams.
Scale up formulations from laboratory to pilot and production levels.
Maintain accurate documentation, formulation records, and technical reports.
Troubleshoot formulation and production issues.
Support product claims, innovation projects, and cost optimization initiatives.
