A reputed IB school in Sarjapur, Bangalore is seeking an experienced and committed PYP Coordinator to lead and support the Primary Years Programme. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IB PYP standards and practices, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in curriculum planning, teacher training, and academic leadership.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of the IB PYP curriculum.
Guide and support teachers in planning and execution of PYP units.
Ensure alignment with IB guidelines and school vision.
Coordinate PYP-related events, documentation, and assessments.
Facilitate professional development sessions for staff.
Serve as the primary liaison with the IB organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IB PYP.
Proven experience in academic coordination or leadership roles.
Strong understanding of IB philosophy and PYP framework.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
