We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Computer Science Teacher to join our academic team for handling Grades 9, 11 & 12 (State Board syllabus). The ideal candidate should have in-depth subject knowledge, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage students in an interactive and meaningful way.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging computer science lessons as per the Tamil Nadu State Board curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids.
Teach concepts like programming (Python/C++/Java), DBMS, networking, operating systems, etc., depending on grade.
Conduct regular tests and exams and provide constructive feedback to students.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
Guide students in projects, practicals, and exam preparation.
Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in school activities.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in computer science and incorporate relevant topics into the curriculum.
Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree (M.Sc / M.C.A / M.Tech) in Computer Science or related field.
B.Ed. (mandatory for State Board schools).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at higher secondary level preferred.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Familiarity with Tamil Nadu State Board syllabus.
