Job Title: Montessori Teacher
Location: Beawar, Rajasthan
Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Montessori Teacher to provide quality early childhood education in a supportive learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for implementing Montessori methods and supporting the holistic development of children.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct Montessori-based classroom activities
Create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly environment
Observe, guide, and assess student development
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive skills
Maintain classroom discipline with positive reinforcement
Communicate with parents regarding child progress
Prepare teaching and learning materials
Follow school policies and Montessori guidelines
Requirements:
Montessori Diploma/Certification preferred
Prior Montessori teaching experience preferred
Good communication and classroom management skills
Patient, caring, and passionate about early childhood education
Willingness to stay on campus (accommodation provided)
