We are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our esteemed faculty team for the

Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

program. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in MCA subjects such as Programming, Data Structures, Software Engineering, Database Management, Web Technologies, and more. Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities. Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum. Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning. Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance. Contribute to research, publications, and faculty development initiatives. Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

MCA (Master of Computer Applications) is mandatory

Experience:

Minimum of 2-10 years of teaching or relevant industry experience in Computer Applications or related fields.

Preferred Qualification:

Ph.D. in Computer Science/Applications or pursuing Ph.D. will be an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in latest tools, technologies, and programming languages relevant to the MCA curriculum.
