VRA Homes is a growing architectural and construction firm specializing in

residential villa design and construction

. We are looking for a

passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect

to join our team and contribute to innovative and functional architectural designs.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in designing residential projects, including conceptual planning and detailed drawings. Develop

architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models

using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software. Coordinate with senior architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility. Work on project presentations, documentation, and BOQs. Stay updated with building codes, regulations, and material innovations. Collaborate with clients to incorporate their requirements into designs. Support in preparing working drawings and site coordination as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

or equivalent.

1-3 years of experience

in residential architectural design. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or enscape and Photoshop

. Strong understanding of

building materials, construction techniques, and space planning

. (willing to learn) Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
