Position: Teacher - IBDP & IGCSE History, Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and Global Perspectives (GP)

Salary Range: ₹90,000 to ?1,10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for IGCSE History, IBDP History, TOK and GP in line with curriculum requirements.
Create student-centred learning experiences that support inquiry, critical thinking, international mindedness.
Assess and monitor student progress; provide timely feedback and support students in achieving their academic and personal growth.
Facilitate TOK discussions and GP projects: guide students to explore knowledge questions, ethical issues, global themes and collaborative research.
Maintain records of attendance, grades, student performance; prepare reports and communicate with parents/guardians.
Collaborate with other teachers and school leadership to refine curriculum, share best practices, align with IBDP/IGCSE standards.
Participate in professional development, staff meetings, school events and extracurricular activities as required.
Contribute to a positive school culture; mentor students beyond classroom & support holistic development.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in History, Education or related field; Master's preferred.
Valid teaching certification/licence as applicable.
Proven experience teaching IGCSE History, IBDP History and/or TOK/GP.
Strong understanding of IBDP and IGCSE frameworks, assessment requirements and pedagogical approaches.
Excellent communication skills; ability to engage and motivate diverse student groups.
Creative and innovative in lesson-design, comfortable with technology-enhanced learning and project-based work.
Collaborative mindset, strong organisational skills and commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
