Job Description

We are hiring a responsible and organized

HR & Admin Coordinator

to support two entities under common ownership:

DNA Forensics Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. (DFL)

- a leading private-sector DNA testing company

Samridh Bharat Thrift & Credit Co-operative Society Ltd

- a fast-growing financial co-operative based in Delhi
This full-time role is based in

Vasant Kunj, New Delhi

, and involves managing HR processes, recruitment coordination, staff records, and administrative support. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the

physical and digital archive of member and staff documents

across both organizations.

Key Responsibilities:



HR Functions:



Maintain attendance, leave, and staff records for both DFL and Samridh Bharat Organize and manage employee files, ID proofs, contracts, and documentation Assist in recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling Coordinate onboarding: prepare forms, ID cards, create access credentials, office orientation Track probation periods, maintain performance logs, and support exit formalities Share payroll inputs (attendance, leave, reimbursements) with the accountant Maintain internal HR registers and compliance-related documents

Administrative & Record Management:



Manage the

physical archive

of member and employee documents stored at the head office Coordinate with office staff to ensure all incoming physical files are complete and properly labeled Oversee

document scanning and digital organization

of files (PDF format) Maintain a structured digital archive (Google Drive or internal system) -- member-wise, branch-wise, and document-type-wise Track file status (scanned/pending/missing) and keep logs updated

Required Skills & Experience:



2-4 years of experience in HR/Admin roles (cooperative, NBFC, SME, or NGO preferred) Strong documentation and file management discipline Familiar with hiring coordination and employee recordkeeping Basic working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, google Drive and email Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Clear communicator with follow-up ability and process ownership
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
