Female Warden

to join our Hostel Team. The role requires the candidate to reside within the campus premises, with fooding and accommodation provided by the institution.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth functioning, safety, and discipline of the hostel. Maintain a positive and supportive environment for students residing in the hostel. Address grievances, resolve issues, and provide necessary guidance to students. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of hostel facilities. Maintain records related to hostel administration and student attendance. Stay available 24x7 within the campus for emergency and administrative needs. Coordinate with management, security, and maintenance staff for hostel-related operations.

Requirements:

Female candidate with prior experience in hostel management or student supervision preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emergencies and manage student-related concerns effectively. Willingness to stay on campus 24x7.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
